DOMESTIC RETURNS:

Within 15 Days from Invoice Date for all items manufactured by KSM Enterprises.

Contact our customer service department at Sales@400Fourstore.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All requests for returns and refunds are subject to all of the following conditions:

Merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, in its original packaging cartons, tags, instructions, etc. A restocking fee of 20% (twenty percent) or $5 per order whichever is greater will be charged on ALL merchandise returned. No credits will be given on refused shipments. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment. Credit card orders via PayPal will have refunds issued by returning funds to your PayPal account.

SPECIAL ORDER JAPANESE IMPORT PARTS:

Prices quoted for merchandise and shipping costs on special order items imported from Japan are subject to fluctuations in the currency market and thus, said prices and costs are subject to change without notice. Shipping quotes provided by KSM Enterprises are only estimates.

When you place your order, the cost of the item must be paid in full. Shipping quotes provided by KSM Enterprises are only estimates and also must be paid in full. Any increase in shipping over the initial estimate must be paid in full before KSM Enterprises will cause your merchandise to be delivered.

Special order import parts from Japan will then have a separate bill for domestic shipping once the item has arrived in the U.S.A. This is a fixed cost and must be paid in full before KSM Enterprises will cause your merchandise to be delivered.

All Import Taxes, Customs, and Brokerage fees for products imported into the USA are paid by KSM Enterprises and are not reflected in the shipping charges.

Import Taxes, Customs, and Brokerage fees charged for items sent from the USA to international destinations will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

We ship via air from Japan and can have an item in the U.S. in a very reasonable time. KSM Enterprises has no control over international shipping companies. Therefore, no guarantees can be provided regarding international shipping times. A week to ten days is typical, but this can fluctuate due to unforeseen circumstances. Ocean cargo shipping is an available option too. This usually adds 8 to 10 weeks time to your estimated order delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

NONE.

Due to manufacturers' return policies for Japanese import parts, including but not limited to electronics/electricals, triple trees, rearsets, piston kits, swingarms, radiator kits and custom add-ons CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Please make sure you know exactly what you want before ordering. Now is the time to ask questions, not after you have placed your order.

All items shipped from the USA to any foreign destination CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, unless the following conditions apply:

KSM Enterprises made a discrepancy between the product number that was ordered and the product number that was shipped.

DAMAGES:

All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. The customer must make any claims for damaged goods with the carrier. If your shipment is damaged, indicate it when you sign for the shipment or call the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY if you discover any of the contents of the package, or the package itself, is damaged.

NO CANCELLATIONS ON THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS: Any aftermarket parts that we import from our Japanese suppliers. Sorry, but once the process has been started, there is no stopping it.
